It all starts with The Soda Parlor. The Soda Parlor became an East Nashville staple, until it was hit by a tornado in January 2020. Since then, and amid a pandemic, we've decided to relaunch in the form of a mobile vintage airstream food truck, name affectionately Mondaes - after our most favorite menu item, Waffle Mondaes.
In today’s fast-paced world of online ordering and easy food deliveries, we want to do things differently. Mondaes is all about bringing our atmosphere to you, so go ahead and follow us online for real-time location updates.
