OUR STORY
Mondaes is a food truck created after a pandemic and a tornado ripped through our brick-and-mortar, The Soda Parlor in Nashville TN. In the wake of a shifting world, we decided to go mobile.
With all the same classics from The Soda Parlor, be sure to catch Mondaes when we land in your town to get your favorite floats and waffle mondaes (sundaes)!
